Worst attitude lady boss i've ever seen.... food is not all that good & pricey... ... the restaurant has very bad set up, it give you unpleasant experience with strong wind kept blowing at your face.. & especially when it rains, water is all over the place .. the floor was so slippery, a kid fall down .. i swear i'll never go there again !!!

Just checked-in Grand City Hotel Kuantan for $D3N last wkend.. taken 5-rooms in total with family.. staffs services not friendly & helpful!! 1 of the room aircon not cool, informed staff but problems not solved and aircon started water leaking from 2nd night.. being direct to parked the car at the end of the shop house corner & then kena saman the next morning!! GEt help from reception & given $ but problems/saman remain unpaid when check via online!! Now back in Singapore & wondering is there any problems for me when entering Msia next trip.. haizzz!! Disappointed!!
